Who am I

As a consultant, speaker and leader, Nancy has supported over 2,500 organisations and individuals – including hundreds of businesses and entrepreneurs. 

Through coaching, speaking engagements and panel discussions Nancy mentors and inspires others to navigate inequitable systems, drive income generation and high performance and find innovative solutions in challenging times. She champions inclusion, culture and improving outcomes for LGBTQ+ people with a particular focus on emerging talent.

 Nancy is the Director of Development & Strategic Partnerships at the Design Museum on the leadership team. Previously, Nancy was the Director of Programmes & Income at Stonewall where she drove the transformation of their landmark programme and workplace index, formerly Diversity Champions, now Proud Employers and the Proud Employers Accreditation. 

Nancy brings with her 20 years of senior leadership and fundraising experience, having worked in the culture, inclusion and heritage sectors in the UK and North America, and a global network of companies, organisations and not-for-profits. Before joining Stonewall, 

Nancy was the national Head of Philanthropy at Tate, Director of Strategic Initiatives at ERA Architects, and led major gifts and international business development for English Heritage and the Institute for Canadian Citizenship. Across her career, she has led and delivered numerous projects reaching millions of people, creating thousands of employment opportunities across the UK, Canada and the US and raised over £42M to date. 

Nancy also holds a Masters in International Marketing from HULT International Business School and an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto, Victoria College.
