Polly Shute is an Award Winning Inclusion and Partnership Specialist and a recognised global speaker on LGBTQ+, gender and allyship. Post a succesful corporate career, she has been active in the LGBTQ+ space for over 10 years, including 4 years on the Board of Pride in London. She now runs Out & Wild, the UK's biggest Festival for LGBTQ+ women and those who are non-binary and is Director at OUTSpoken Speakers Network.
Polly been on the Pride Power and Outstanding Lists and recognised by the European Sponsorship Association for her work.
Recent speaking engagements include Pret, Paramount, EasyJet, OVO Energy, ITV, National Rail, Great Ormond Street, Comic Relief and Gowling WLG.
Polly was the host for the Skills Stage at the 2023 National Outdoor Expo.
