Working globally, her experience is impressive. Laïla, Founder of Pride in Education and Educating Out Racism, transforms training into impactful experiences, blending practicality, thought-provocation, and a profound commitment to social justice. A dynamic panelist, she speaks 10 languages! As the visionary Founder of Pride in Education, Laïla pioneers inclusive spaces. Her leadership at Proud London Councils earned her the Stonewall Lesbian Role Model of the Year 2020. In 2021, she founded UK Queer Arabs, shortlisted for Bank of London Rainbow Honours 2023. Laïla's commitment to equity earned her recognition as a 2023 Trans in the City Awards finalist for Trans Ally of the Year. In 2023, she secured a spot on the National Diversity Power List Honours (Top 50), despite navigating an invisible disability.
